Leading the Product Development effort in Medical domain to create a brand new web based, Software as a service, Practice Management Software Product by

• Gathering the requirements for Scheduling, Claims, Billing and EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
• Create Project scope document, system requirement specification and high level design document
• Building the necessary Infrastructure by creating the processes, standards, software configuration management, software build process and automated testing to build a successful product
• Hire and Lead a team of people to design and develop the product using ASP.NET 3.5, AJAX, MS SQL Server 2005 and agile software development
• Drive the full software development life cycle from inception through post-production
• Integrate software with various vendors

Lead Position : Day to day activity

• Translate Requirement into Design
• Design document with UML diagrams and best practices and/or design patterns

• Expertise in C#,.NET Framework, ASP.NET, XML/XSL/XSLT, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML/CSS and database design

• Experience testing Asp.net applications and related products/technologies
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Scripting with one or more of the following: SQL, 4Test, Perl, Python, VBScript, JavaScript
• Expert-level knowledge in one or more of the following: HP (Mercury) QuickTest Pro, Borland SilkTest, or other industry leading test automation tools
• Good understanding of test automation techniques and a demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge in the construction of automation tools and test harnesses
• Experience with MySql, and/or MSSQL
• Highly motivated, high energy, self-directed
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to do accurate self-estimates and meet deadlines
